英文简介: BIOGEOMON, the 9th International Symposium on Ecosystem Behavior, will focus on biogeochemistry in an era of global change. Long-term trends in ecosystem functioning and stoichiometry of biogeochemical processes in pland and wetland soils will be emphasized, along with small catchment monitoring/modelling, and translocations of nutrients, micronutrients and trace metals/metaloids in forest ecosystems, grasslands, and extreme environments. Studies using traditional and novel isotope systems, such as N, C, S, O, Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Cd and Cr, in environmental research will be presented. Futher highlights will include linking microbial communities with element pools and fluxes, mainly in forest ecosystems, and ecosystem restoration, relabilitation and management.
