UNEP’s role in environmental sustainability for the 2030 Agenda. In September, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was adopted. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure peace and prosperity for all.
