English Abstract: Theo Murphy international scientific meeting organised by Professor Edwin Robertson and Dr Lisa Genzel.Once formed memories continue to be processed ‘off-line’ ensuring not only their long-term retention, but also allowing them to be changed by older memories, and by novel information. Our meeting speakers are world-leading scientists, whose talks will complement panel-discussions of off-line processes at every level of biological analysis, to give a timely synthesis of the field, and articulate key remaining challenges.
