中文摘要: 全球气候变化和城市化背景下,世界各国城市的水资源短缺、洪涝灾害、水质污染等水问题频发,对城市的持续健康发展带来了巨大的威胁和挑战。城市水系统领域引入弹性的概念对城市水问题的缓解带来了希望。从生态和社会学领域梳理了弹性概念的起源、发展历程和内涵的演变,同时进行了与脆弱性以及适应性的相关概念的比较和辨析,在此基础上阐述了在城市水系统领域弹性的概念发展及应用。还系统评述了水系统弹性的评价方法以及弹性策略,同时根据已有研究的发展脉络,前瞻了弹性水系统研究的四个发展趋势。
英文摘要: In the context of global climate change and urbanization, urban water issues occur frequently all over the world, such as water shortages, floods, pollution and so on. They bring enormous challenges to sustainability and livability of cities. The concept of urban water resilience sheds light on new solutions to alleviate urban water problems. The origin, evolvement and connotation of the resilience concept in the field of ecology and sociology were discussed in this paper. Simultaneously, the concepts of resilience, vulnerability and adaptation were compared. The concept and application of resilience in urban water system were illustrated on this basis. In addition, the evaluation methods of water resilience and resilient strategies were systematically reviewed, and four trends of resilient water system research were prospected in this review.
