The Loess Plateau is unique land type and environmental area in China. As ecological fragile zone,the small change of Loess Plateau land surface process characteristics tend to cause the drastic change of climate condition and ecosystems. Using mesoscale numerical model MM5,we analyzed impact of climate warming through control and sensitivity test on semi-arid region land surface characters in Loess Plateau. Some results follows: after climate warming,the surface soil temperature was implicated more,but less on deep; sensible,latent and ground heat flux were reduced; the long wave radiation changed complexly,but the short wave radiation was reduced generally;the ground and air temperature difference was also reduced; the planet boundary layer height reduced at daytime,and then it reduced the height difference of day and night,and also reduced the energy transfer and transform under this lay. In general,climate warming influenced the energy transfer decreased under the planet boundary layer. Through the numerical simulation experiment,confirmed the temperature warming effects on energy transfer between air and land on the boundary layer,but the interaction between air and land is a complicated process,not only influence each other among the elements,and the effect of several factors affect the other elements. A factor in change,change will affect other elements; therefore,the further study is necessary for the interaction among elements in order to understand the relationship between air and land well.
