中文摘要: 采用传统地学研究手段越来越难以解决一些表生地球化学问题,特别是对影响到人类生存和发展的气候变化、生态危机等全球性科学问题。随着分子生物学技术的迅猛发展,越来越多的地学工作者开始引入有关分子生物学的研究方法和技术手段,并获得许多新的研究成果。本文对地球科学研究中可能应用的一些分子生物学方法,包括聚合酶链式反应、克隆、蛋白质异源表达和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳等进行了概述。
英文摘要: It becomes more and more difficult to solve surface earth science questions,especially some global issues such as the climate change and ecological crisis,which have influences on the human survival and development,only using traditional geological research techniques. With the rapid development of molecular biology techniques,they are helpful for researchers to uncover the nature of various biological phenomena. More and more molecular biotechniques are introduced in earth sciences with significant achievements,opening a broader prospect of the main battlefield of economic construction. We outlined some of the molecular biology techniques,which can possibly be applied in earth sciences,including polymerase chain reaction,cloning, heterogeneous expression of proteins,polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis et al.
