中文摘要: 针对我国西北地区风、光资源的分布情况,建立小型风光蓄联合发电系统。依据气候常年变化的统计情况,考虑投资成本、系统可靠性、风光资源利用率等多个优化目标,建立数学模型;并对系统孤岛运行和并网运行的不同情况进行优化处理。采用整数编码的向量评价遗传算法(VEGA)进行求解,获得了微网中分布式电源和储能电池的多种优化容量配置方案。
英文摘要: Based on the distribution of wind or solar resources in northwest,a small wind-solar-battery hybrid power system was proposed. Based on the statistical situation of perennial climate changes,the mathematical model was built considering multi optimization objectives including investment cost, system reliability and utilization of wind-solar resources. The different situations in both stand-alone and grid-connected modes were optimized. The vector-evaluated genetic algorithm(VEGA) was used to solve the optimal problems. The optimal allocations of distributed source and batteries were got in micro-grid.
