中文摘要: 覆冰舞动是严重威胁输电线路安全运行的自然灾害之一。2015年1月28日,湖北地区多条500 kV超高压线路发生覆冰舞动,造成放电、跳闸、断线等数起严重事故。根据该地区气候变化过程,以及线路参数、覆冰条件,气动参数以及防舞器布置方案等情况,利用基于曲梁模型并考虑防舞器分布的输电线路覆冰舞动三自由度方程,得到荆林Ⅰ、 Ⅱ、Ⅲ回,三江II回,南荆I线湖北段等线路覆冰舞动的平均方程,并依此对其进行了非线性动力学理论分析。得到结论: ①该事故是典型的Nigol舞动; ②双摆防舞器的合理安装可有效提升线路的防风抗振能力; ③在理论计算基础上,给出了双摆防舞器的合理布置数量和次档距建议。本文分析过程和结论为提升输电线路防风抗振能力打下理论基础。
英文摘要: The safe operation of power transmission lines is seriously threatened by galloping. In Hubei on January 28,2015,the galloping has caused severe accidents of shut down,partial discharge and disconnection on several 500 kV extreme-high-voltage lines. In light of the climatic change process,structure of transmission lines,ice formation and arrangements of anti-galloping fittings,an average equation for the galloping of Jinlin I,II,III Circuits,Sanjiang II Circuits and Nanjing I Lines was established and detailedly based on a three degrees of freedom nonlinear dynamic curved beam model. By virtue of the equation,the dynamic behaviors of the circuits and lines were detailedly analysed and the nonlinear dynamic properties,such as the conditions and processes of gallopings occurrence and development were revealed. For improving the theoretical cognition on galloping,and raising the power grids ability against icing galloping, the following conclusions are beneficial: the accident happened in Hubei belongs to the typical Nigol galloping and a reasonable arrangement of anti-galloping devices can effectively improve the conductorsability of anti-vibration. Some suggestions based on the theoretical computations were provided to make the arrangements of anti-galloping fittings more reasonable.
