中文摘要: 【目的】为了解舟山东极海域浮游植物的群落结构特征及其影响因素。【方法】基于2017年2月至10月进行连续四个季节的综合调查,对该海域浮游植物的种类组成、优势种、丰度、多样性指数及其与环境因子之间的关系进行研究。【结果】共鉴定出浮游植物8门70属142种,其中硅藻47属104种,甲藻12属27种,隐藻4属4种,金藻和蓝藻2属2种,绿藻、黄藻和裸藻各1属1种。硅藻和甲藻是该海域浮游植物的主要类群,优势种共20种。浮游植物全年平均丰度为0.46*10~3 cells/L,总体上夏冬季丰度明显高于春秋季。浮游植物多样性指数平均为3.07;丰富度指数平均为4.59;均匀度指数平均为0.65;三者的变化趋势为秋冬季高,春夏季低。【结论】RDA分析表明该区浮游植物分布与水温、盐度、溶解氧和营养盐紧密相关;此外,可能还受地理位置、气候变化和人类活动的影响。
英文摘要: 【Objective】The present paper aimed to investigate the characteristics and effective factors of phytoplankton s community structure in Dongji sea area of Zhoushan.【Method】 Based on the continuous survey in four seasons on phytoplankton which were carried out from February,2017 to October,2017.The species composition,dominant species,abundance of phytoplankton,the diversity index and their relationships with environmental factors were analyzed.【Result】A total of 142 phytoplankton species were identified,which belong to 8 phyla,70Taxa,including Bacillariophyta (47 genera and 104 species),Pyrrophyta (12 genera and 27 species),Cryptophyta (4 genera and 4 species),Chrysophyta and Cyanophyta (2 genera and 2 species),Chlorophyta,Xanthophyta and Euglenophyta (1 genera and 1 species) were found.Bacillariophyta and Pyrrophyta were the main phytoplankton,and there were totally 20 kinds of dominant species.The mean abundance of phytoplankton was 0.46*10~3 cells,abundance in summer and winter was obviously higher than in spring and autumn.The mean of phytoplankton' s Shannon-wiener diversity index was 3.07,the mean of Margalef richness index was 4.59,and the mean of Pielou evenness index was 0.65.Three indexes show that the changing tendency was higher in autumn and winter and lower in spring and summer.【Conclusion】RDA analysis analysis indicated that the distributions of phytoplankton were related to water temperate,salinity,dissolved oxygen and nutrient.In addition,it may be affected by geographical location,climate change and anthropological activity.
