中文摘要: 由于高温室效应潜在值,SF_6被列入温室气体行列。为减少SF_6的排放,对需排放的SF_6废气进行无害化降解成为了一条有效途径。该文选择He、Ar、N2、air四种气体作为背景气体,采用双层介质阻挡放电(dielectric barrier discharge,DBD)等离子体技术对SF_6浓度为2%的混合气体进行降解实验研究,以研究不同的背景气体对SF_6降解的影响。放电过程中采用Q-U Lissajous图形法测量并计算放电功率。在相同频率不同输入功率条件下,考察不同背景气体下的放电特性,对不同降解时间后的SF_6浓度进行检测以获得其降解率。实验结果表明,以He和Ar为背景气体较以N2和air为背景气体容易产生均匀、稳定的DBD;以He、Ar为背景气体可以获得较好的降解效果,相对以N2和air为背景气体时完全降解消耗更少的能量和时间;从能量和降解效率角度考虑,应选择以单原子气体作为背景气体来降解SF_6。
英文摘要: Due to a high global warming potential,SF_6 has been listed as one of the emission limited gases.It has become an effective way to carry out harmless degradation of SF_6 waste gas to reduce SF_6 emission.To study the effects of different dilution gases for the degradation of SF_6 by the double dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma,four kinds of gases (He,Ar,N2,air) were chosen and the concentration of SF_6 was 2% in this paper.The Q-U Lissajous figures of discharge were measured to calculate the discharge power.Under the conditions of the different input power with the same frequency,the discharge characteristics of different dilution gases were investigated.The concentration of SF_6 was detected after different degradation time to obtain the degradation rate.The experimental results showed that more uniform and stable DBD was produced with He or Ar as a dilution gas than with N2 or air.Besides,the degradation efficiency of He or Ar was better than that of N2 or air.Meanwhile it consumed less energy and time when SF_6 was completely degraded.In terms of the energy and degradation efficiency,monatomic gas should be selected to be a dilution gas for the degradation of SF_6.
