中文摘要: 南北极地区的航运受海冰影响较大.现有的冰区导航方法较为单一.本文设计了一种从船载摄像机影像序列中提取海冰密集度的方法,并以雪龙船第26次南极航行所拍摄的影像为例,对方法的可行性进行实验,之后使用中分辨率雷达卫星数据作为验证数据,对结果精度进行验证.结果表明,这种方法具有较高的精度,同时由于其在观测成本和观测简易度上的优势,可以作为现有导航方法的补充,并可用于定点监测等领域,为研究全球环境变化提供数据支持.
英文摘要: Sea ice,as an important indicator of climate change,is a primary threat to ships navigating the polar oceans.Continuous monitor of sea ice is necessary for safe navigation.Satellite data could not provide continuous data between images;on-site observation can be performed at notably few places.As supplemental equipment,ship-mounted cameras have been widely used in recent years to monitor ships surroundings.An algorithm was designed to extract sea ice concentration automatically from a ship-mounted camera.To what extent can local small-scale observation represent larger background sea ice condition?Video stream data acquired during the ${26^{{
