中文摘要: 通过对北京地区某建筑集中供热后的室温和供暖耗热量的模拟计算,侧重于供热系统供水温度的调节,从定量角度分析气候补偿器静态和非静态2种补偿模式对建筑供暖效果的影响,对比2种气候补偿模式下过量供热的程度,并进一步针对供水温度调节模型的不足展开理论分析。结果表明,气候补偿器有助于改善建筑室内热状况,但仍会出现过量供热的现象。因此,为最大限度保证热源端热量供给与用户端热量需求的相一致,管网供水温度的调节不仅要补偿外温的变化,还应修正室内热扰、太阳辐射产生的影响,同时考虑围护结构蓄热、放热对室内热状况的影响。本文工作对后续供水温度调节模型的优化研究以及建筑节能工作的有效开展有重要参考。
英文摘要: As for the application effects of compensator,the simulation analysis of heating effect and energy consumption under two compensation modes is given,and the optimization method is discussed.The result shows that,the current operation mode of the climate compensator can help improve the indoor thermal environment condition,but the excessive heating and room temperature fluctuation still exist.The paper then gives some optimization advices.When regulating water supply temperature,not only the outdoor temperature,but also the internal heat gains as occupant,lighting and electric equipment,solar heat gains,as well as heat storage in envelops should be considered.
