中文摘要: 通过对国内首个实际应用的岗亭用蒸发冷却空调样机的开发及应用做了简要介绍,并对其进行了相关测试,测试结果显示其样机的温降范围为5.2~11.6 ℃,样机的温降效果明显,能够满足在岗交警对于降温的实际需求。样机在高、中、低档位运行时的耗水量分别为4.2,3.3和2.6 kg/h。针对测试过程中发现的问题以及在岗交警实际使用的感受,对岗亭用蒸发冷却空调做了相应的改进,并对改进后所采用的球形喷口进行了相关试验。
英文摘要: Based on the brief introduction and related test to exploitation and application of the evaporative cooling air conditioner for the sentry box of the first practical application in China, the temperature drop range of the prototype is 5.2~11.6 ℃ . The temperature drop effect of the prototype is analyzed. And it can meet the actual cooling demand of traffic police obviously. The water consumption of the prototype is 4.2,3.3 and 2.6 kg/h when running at high,middle and low level respectively. In view of the problems in the process of testing and the actual use process,did a corresponding improvement of evaporative cooling air conditioning,and the related experiments were carried out on the modified spherical vents.
