On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 3rd International Conference New Horizons in Basic and Applied Science (ICNHBAS), I am most pleased and honor to welcome and invite academic scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the
universities, technologists, entrepreneurs and policy makers all around the World to attend the 3rd ICNHBAS activities which will be held in 5–7 August 2017, Hurghada, Egypt.
ICNHBAS provides you a unique opportunity to meet regional and international scientists who comes to present the latest of their findings in basic and applied science area.
